Yes. DentalFlux integrates with all major dental practice management systems including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Denticon, and tab32. Data flows bidirectionally — appointments scheduled in DentalFlux appear in your PMS, and changes in your PMS sync back to DentalFlux.
If you use a PMS not listed above, contact us. We are adding new integrations regularly and can often accommodate custom connections on the Enterprise plan.
No. DentalFlux is entirely cloud-based. You access it through your browser on any device — desktop, laptop, tablet, or the front desk computer. There is nothing to install, no servers to maintain, and no IT department required.
No long-term contracts. DentalFlux is month-to-month with no cancellation fees. Annual plans are available at a discount (two months free), but there is no penalty for switching to monthly or canceling. We earn your business every month.

When a patient has unscheduled treatment, DentalFlux sends automated follow-up messages that reference the specific treatment recommended, the insurance breakdown, financing options, and available appointment times. The cadence is configurable — typically a message at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month after the initial presentation.

Yes. DentalFlux is fully HIPAA compliant. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with every dental practice. All patient data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain comprehensive audit logs, role-based access controls, and automatic session timeouts.
Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers within the United States. We undergo regular third-party security audits.
All patient data is stored in the United States on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. We do not store data offshore. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separated US data centers for disaster recovery. You can request a full data export at any time.
Yes. You own your data. At any time, you can export your complete patient list, communication history, scheduling records, and analytics data in standard formats (CSV, PDF). If you cancel your subscription, you have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
At the end of your trial, you choose a plan and enter payment information. If you do not subscribe, your account is paused — you can still log in and export your data for 90 days, but automated features stop. There is no surprise charge and no credit card is taken during the trial.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you add providers and outgrow the Starter plan, upgrading to Professional takes one click.
